About this signal
What this site is, why it exists, and who is sending it.
Frequency Unknown is a twice-weekly publication exploring what lies outside the interface of ordinary perception — the questions that physics, neuroscience, philosophy of mind, and direct human experience are converging on, whether they mean to or not.
The premise is simple: the materialist model of reality — the idea that matter is fundamental, consciousness is a byproduct, and the world your five senses show you is the world that actually is — is quietly failing. Not from the outside, but from within. The cracks are in the equations, in the experiments, in the anomalies that don't fit.
This site follows that failure, and what might be on the other side of it.
Dispatches are longer and researched. Field notes are shorter and personal. Both are honest about what is known, unknown, and genuinely strange.
Frequency Unknown is a sister site to The Gnostic Guide — which covers the ancient maps of this same territory.
